I have joined forces with OC Fitness to bring you the best range of studio classes just 5 mins from the city centre. Each class has been carefully designed to target all major muscle groups with big movements, mixing high intensity and resistance training using music to drive you through those really tough moves.

Sweat

Circuit style class using our state of the art gym equipment. Big compound movements to really work a sweat!

Ripped

where resistance meets cardio. We use resistance bands and bodyweight to get those muscles burning, mixed with high and low-intensity cardio all while moving to the best beats in town.

Fat Blast

One weight, big moves, non-stop. This is a toughie.
